The chargeback process is a mechanism that allows consumers to reverse a transaction and recover their funds for purchases made with a card in cases of fraud, disputes, or dissatisfaction with the product or service quality.

The process can take from a few weeks to several months, depending on the complexity of the case and the bank's processing time.

The probability of refund is determined during the analysis of your documents (bank statements). We select only those cases that are most likely to be solved, in which it is more likely to recover the money. So send us your bank statement and we will determine the chances.

You will have the phone number of our agent who will supervise your case. Each week he or she will notify you of case updates and information, and you will be able to contact him or her during business hours to ask questions about the case.

There will be no additional costs, except for the bank's commissions to perform the chargecheck. The maximum that you will spend is the final % on the result or bank commissions, if any. The contract specifically states that there are no additional fees. Also there is no need to bear the costs of a power of attorney, because we work without it, preparing and sending documents on your behalf.

Chargeback procedures generally do not affect your credit rating, but unpaid disputed amounts can affect it negatively.

Yes, you can cancel the Chargeback process by contacting us or your bank, however, this must be done prior to a final decision on the case.

If your Chargeback application is rejected, we can help you consider alternative refund options or appeal the decision.
